  We all know that a trip to the dentist can be a very traumatic experience for some people. But i must say i've felt very relaxed every time i've stepped into the Practice. The professional service and customer care i've received from not only the front office staff but from the dentists themselves has been second to none on every ocassion. I would especially like to highlight and give special thanks to Dr Holly Hern for her professional and diligent manner on every appointment i have made with her. She has always been very clear on the structure of the appointment and what's needs to be done if anything. She approaches her job with an abundance of energy and always wears a big smile on her face! Holly comes with high recommendation.

  I have lived in Cheshunt 50 years Always attended a dentist, But I decided to splash out £10,000 on crowns and veneers 10 year ago At ware dental of excellence in ware Herts, I had a few problems with couple veneers that occasionally came off I was advise to go to Cuffley dentist , ware I have attended last 5 years , They are very professional there especially when it comes to crowns veneers ect. Just recently a week before Xmas my veneer came off , which didn't look nice at all and was giving me sensitivity. I had Xmas dinner parties to attend and I needed seeing to quickly, unfortunately my usual dentist could not fit me in. So I took s chance on this place. To cement my veneer back on they wanted double the cost I get charged at Cuffley.i had no choice but to get done. They said a veneer shouldn't come away for at least 12-18 months . When finished I paid for usual ex ray veneer stuck back on and a hugeness clean , over £100 , my veneer lasted 45 min then just came loose. They ask me to come back in. The girl made excuses . They rushed in sticking it back on which put me in more pain. I wasn't able to floss has the cement wasn't cleared both sides so it binds against both other veneers I'm frightened off damaging . and next day it's loose again, so I'm stressed over Xmas can only eat liquids on right side of mouth. Explained this to another practitioner and at receptionist . No apologies no refund , just excuses ! I never have the confidence to go back there !
